Executive Manager, IP and Licensing (Energy)
Prior to joining the CSIRO in 2007 as a Commercialisation Manager, Leonore worked for organisations such as Monash Commercial and the Sustainable Energy Authority Victoria (now Sustainability Victoria) where her roles have included technology transfer, business development, industry engagement, project management and business analysis. In 2005, Leonore was the inaugural Commercialisation Intern in Starfish Ventures' commercialisation internship program, and in 2006 she led the team that won the $100,000 Peter Doherty Prize for Innovation. Leonore was also a contributor to the book "Measured Success: Innovation In Australia", which was launched by the Senator the Hon. Kim Carr, Minister for Innovation, Industry Science and Resources in July 2008. Since early 2009 she has been the Convenor of the Melbourne Research Commercialisation Professionals Network.
