Dr Rob Keyzers is working with Pernod-Ricard Brancott Estate laboratory to develop a cost effective, reliable and non-toxic equivalent to the oranomercury-based methods currently used to trap wine thiols in order to concentrate them for analysis by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GCMS).
